Rope-A-Boat wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your purchase within sixty (60) days of the shipment date.  Any items received after sixty (60) days will not be eligible for refund or exchange without written authorization.  
Any defective or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no additional shipping charge to you.

Refund Policy

You may return unused items within sixty (60) days of ship date for a refund (less the original shipping and handling fees).  Your refund will include the retail price paid plus any applicable sales tax. 

Products MUST be returned in the original and complete packaging to be eligible for a refund.  Products returned to Rope-A-Boat in other than original and complete packaging will not be eligible for refund and will NOT be returned to you.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable.  We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.  For your protection, we suggest all returns be made through a traceable carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.).  Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order.

Please note the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.  Packing slip must be received with your returned merchandise to be eligible for a refund.  Packages MUST be returned to originating shipment location, no exceptions.

Please allow ten (10) business days after package receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.  If your refund does not appear on your statement within four (4) weeks or one billing cycle, please contact our Customer Service Department at 651-462-2513 (U.S. Only) or E-mail: CustomerService@Rope-A-Boat.com, for further assistance.  Please provide your order number and contact information.

Exchange Policy
